Does it include sexual content? nudity? stuff like that? because based on my research, the game is gorey. (I haven't heard of the game so, how should i know?)
Unless i may be wrong but even if the game hadn't get taken down, it can get shadowbanned as what i heard. That or the devs just happened to be lucky that their games hadn't been affected. (At least not yet..)
