Pleasantly surprised by how good this turned out to be, I'll share my thoughts on some of the songs
I love "Going Around Town", the chord progression is just very fun, and the main melody is weird and whimsical which I think capture that Earthbound charm perfectly. It's probably my favourite of the bunch
Inside the Conveniance Store's dark undertones are really subtles and can be easily missed if you just focuse on the song as a whole, which I like honestly, this is more of a cozy experience than a really stressful one. Also it's just a bop honestly lol
Crop Circles and especially Stargazing show to me the soundtrack's greatest strength, in being able to capture small, intimate and emotional moments to showcase the bound between the two protagonists (This can also be said for departure to an extent)
The minigame soundtracks are good and are well composed, but I think they could benifit from a stronger percussion, which while it fits the more calm tracks, feels a bit too weak on the more energitic ones. (except Fight the Man, which instead could use a louder, more pronounced bass, but is still pretty fine honestly)? Although maybe they could fit more gameplay wise, as music should only serve the gameplay anyway? I'm not sure, I just like loud drums lol
The main Leitmotif being accompagned by that desceneding melody heard in the title is really cool honestly, I love it
Finally, the art made for this is really sick, I love it a lot
