wow... ok, I'll attempt to make this coherent before passing out
while this isnt usually my type of art style and vn genre, god, this is a gem of an otome/dating sim
i was totallg prepared for a more run of the mill type of dating sim vn with writing that does t really go as far as i usually hope for, and i say this as someone who goes to games for the writing and character first and foremost most of the time
one point for giving Hanna a real personality of her own, it's refreshing and i would alwyas useher default name bc i ended up loving her as her own character
second point for giving each love interest a classic archetype, and FLIPPING IT OVER ITS HEAD by giving it heartbreaking but intriguing extra context that makes them more of a character and less of a caricature of old tropes
third point for pulling every route into a neat bow by giving us a happy ending while still leaving the implications of romance open for interpretation by establishing them as a family
im biased bc im aroace spec, but i LOVE that
in conclusion, thank you for putting in the extra time and effort for making this vn's story and characters more special than i ever expected it to be, totally glad this is one of my first longer vns to experience!
this is going to sound needy of me, and i will say it anyway - i need more of these characters in extra content
cough cough, p.s., may i ask for permission to make a fan-game of this gem of a game
p.p.s. Edgar is best boy but ill be happier if Markus gets him, they seem great together highkey wait who said that this is an otome vn
