Maybe you could implement same size or food play into the game?
Unlikely, most of the characters are from Felarya, which is primarily a giantess focused setting created by Karbo, but expanded on by many authors and artists.
Food Play unlikely...but I do plan on maybe adding ame size for some of the characters (for example Meri technically counts)
