hmmm (sorry fo the long answer), I would not want to change too much as the game really is amazing (and my ideas might not reflect that kind of excellence).  I'll just speak from the "full" run I made after the bug (restarted). I saw that to some extent, because of the card during level system (like invocations or bonusses) hitting too hard in some level can actually be a detriment (like having +10 dmg makes player kill faster levels, so you don't stak up as much cards for the boss which then kill you -> especially with healing/summoning ennemies that enable very good staking of cards getting an armies of healers for example).    Also,  I was thinking, maybe being able to stock up on level up points (so that you can balance between gold helping xp being effective (reroll of lvl up) and just leveling up fast to get ahead in levels (this would maybe also correct the bug in a way).  Well, I guess a saving system would be great too :D.
