How long has the money been sitting there? After a year, itch starts taking 10% of the balance each month until the balance reaches 0. So that might be what happened.
the old one says its "paid" even tho i didn't do anything i even left my itch.io for years, but i came back bc i was gonna release smth new soon so im getting stuff ready, the old ones are 1,126.30 and 1,849.15 in 2 different payouts and says paid (i didn't get money and i didn't have any sort of way to get any payouts like paypal or credit card or payoneer) so idk what's the problem, there's a new one that has been there for 1 week and it literally says 0. i don't get it
