hopefully this helps you figure out what went wrong with the game.
We think the error comes from using a save from a previous playthrough and the game having a mix up with the characters names (since we added the feature to allow the players to edit their names). But we think we fixed it! Please try this new version here:

If this doesn't work, then I am sad to say but you will probably have to start a new playthrough.
