Whenever I load in I'm just hovering over the middle of an ocean and can't do anything. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

It is, seems like the cpp script responsible for all the world gen isn't firing. Simplest reason why would be that the executable isn't in the same directory as the Jenvoa.Runtime DLL.
EDIT: I checked and yeah something has to be blocking the DLL because running the game without it simply prevents one from generating a world.
