This idea is good. I hate being booted out the menus, and character templates would be awesome. Also a randomizer for the character would be cool, since I like playing around with those and then building off of it.
randomizing was already a thing, I was thinking more of players submitting the characters they made, and people building off them. Or just premade well built characters that people can change or use. From the get go without mods or add-ons.
