How about setting the language environment or the decompression package software to English before decompressing it?

both my device and the decompression software are in English natively.

This is the first time I encounter this problem. Try setting it to Japanese or Chinese to unzip?

i set my language to Japanese, it still didn't work

I got it to work! I just had to change the configs in my launcher.
