why does this game use the same taskbar icon as the legacy of hedonia: forbidden paradise?

This doesnt completely explain it, as the game im talking about has a custom icon. It could be a defaulting issue, where the game doesnt find a taskbar icon, so it tries to find one and ends up using a different games icon, but not every rpgm game on my computer uses its icon, other tha the game itself, and this game
