Hmm maybe an oversight somewhere. I wasn't able to reproduce it. Can you try the following:
1. Open the developer menu by pressing Shift+O
2. Type in:
introStage
3. Press enter. It should return you a number. If this number is 4.5 or lower, please type the following:
jump intro
4. Press enter and it will take you to the next step of the intro.
If the number is 5 or higher, it means that the intro is concluded and you just get the play the game like normal (check your journal for the next objective)
