Knowing that this is just the demo, it's supposed to be short & that's fine :) Some suggestions: making the customers more customized instead of just black shadows, I actually got a little jumpscare when the first customer appeared. Also, making the place a little more light & feel cozy (You can get some inspiration from Pinterest) or letting us have some choices to customize it would be cooler! Also, about the cleaner at the end, can we have a choice to offer him a free coffee at the end? Just a choice if we want to. As well as adding more to the little coffee shop, offering more things to sell. I'd also recommend you add a casual mode, that we can just be chilling in with no jumpscares and discovering more about the town's story. You can also make a regular customer who would leave a note in between the cash after paying for an order which reveals a secret ending! (Make conversation choices, how the player would reply to the customers - And if their replies goes in a spesific line we get that note each time).I have lots of ideas actually, & I'm very excited to the the final version, hope it's free to play on Itch.io + Multiple endings!
