This game is so relaxing and fun and just amazing to create dresses in! I've made so many dresses in just two days because the process is so fun and the amount of fabrics is such a wide variety. I would love to see this game improve and become much bigger with the story and with more design patterns to make.
What I loved
-I love how I can take things at my own pace and enjoy everything without being rushed with a time limit. If I make a mistake I have time to collect myself, buy more fabric, and make another design.
-I love the character designs, they're so charming and helps give me an idea of who they are and what type of dresses would suit them.
-I'm so grateful that even though this is just a protype I'm still allowed to make more dresses
-The aesthetic of the game is wonderful, I love the cozy little shop we have and the different stations that fit all together.
-The designing process is so fun and has a good flow! I just wish there were more designs to cut out but I know there will be more in the future and I'm excited to see.
Stuff I hope to be added
-I wish I could check the design I sketched while cutting the fabric, it feels much like I already should with the sketchbook off to the side but I just can't and it would help at least a teensy bit.
-This might just be a me thing but at times it was hard to put away my scissors after cutting, if there was a more pronounced spot for it maybe outlined where it should go I think it would be easier but yet again it might've just been me
-possibly adding a lining up system for the accesories you put on. When I try to line up buttons and bows it's hard to get them in a straight line whether horizontally or vertically. Adding a line up system or something of the sort I think it would help plenty
There was however what I think is a bug? When I would discard used fabric the pieces I already cut would leave my sidebar and be on top of the new fabric, I would have to manually put each piece back into my sidebar. This happened almost everytime and though it was a bit annoying it didn't ruin my time
Overall this game is just good fun and I'm excited to see what's to come! Here are some pics of dresses I made :)
