You need to be under cellmate's protection while doing the shiv ending. The way to get shiv without compromising cellmate's trust is below:
- The most optimal way is repeatedly chatting with the prisoners during meal times and do not engage sexually with them until your reach 20 infamy. Only then, you need to do both the prisoner inquiry fuck during recreational and shower time to maximize your cig gain per trust point (4 cig/2 trust) per day. This way, you'll get the shiv without losing all the trust with your cellmate.
