As far as I am aware (and from what the settings say on my itch dashboard) the game is absolutely disclosed for use of AI in the Code and Graphics areas. But with the next update I will add a more clear disclosure.
I don't see a code and graphics area on my end of things, but I've never done any development so I may be missing something
