Hi, I don’t usually comment on games here but I noticed something and thought it best to say something about it. Both Kai and Adonis have “Theme of Pragma” Assigned to them and when I was checking my textbooks on the subject I noticed that the way Adonis is described seemed to fit the description for Ludus much more closely and was curious if that was a mistake or intentional. Either way I love the thought and concept behind ascribing different Greek forms of love to each character and am very excited to see where this concept goes in the game as it progresses!

Hi hi Bee! OMG you’re so right FKGSKFGKSGFSKG XD We must’ve slipped up when adding that text to the templates. I’m honestly surprised only one person caught it until now haha. And yep, it’s supposed to be Ludus // would’ve been a little awkward to have two of the same yandere type LOL Massive kudos for your pixie-eyed attention to detail!

Also, glad you enjoyed the Greek forms of love element of the game ^^ They don’t get mentioned as often compared to other worldbuilding bits in CA, but they were actually the foundation we built the yandere tropes on, so I get super happy whenever someone notices them <3

P.S. Do tell me, out of all the pixies, which one's your fave?

I love Greek mythology and history so I am always super excited to see stuff relating to it in things especially when it’s related to the Greek forms of love since they’re so relevant to how we view the different kinds of love we talk about in the modern day! And as for my favourite pixie, if I went purely based on like looks probably Rosario (I really like pink-) but if I had to pick personality wise it would probably be Shyloh or Yulen!

Yipeee~ I’m so glad the game could satisfy some of your love for Greek mythology/history ^^ And yesss, mixing historical elements with modern times is always such a vibe, I’m glad to see someone else shares that interest!

I’m a total etymology + mythology nerd myself, so whenever I worldbuild, I end up researching different countries, their languages, and histories to see what kinds of patterns, symbolism, or storytelling devices might be interesting to pull from. There’s honestly so much to check out TT every culture has its own unique mythic structure, word roots, and symbolic frameworks, and they all add these fun little nuances that can make characters or tropes feel richer. AHHHHHHHHHHH now I'm just rambling LOL it’s just endless and I love it <3

Also, totally agreed, Rosario really does take your breath away at first glance (though I admit I’m biased since they all steal my breath in their own way XD) I totally get why you’d love Shyloh, but I rarely get Yulen fans, so you have to tell me what drew you to him hehe~

I just really like the obsessive/possessive trope- I find that like feral “You’re mine no one can hurt you.” stuff super appealing in like fictional situations. Also I think his character design is super attractive in like a bad boy who is probably a giant red flag but like you ignore it cause he’s hot sorta way. My mind goes kinda feral for that stuff so yeah that’s why I really like Yulen. And I totally get the pulling from different mythology sources for cool world building ideas, I do it a lot too in my writing! I’m happy to talk about this stuff at any time so don’t worry rambling!
