i think most games you just pay the subscription, download the patreon version, then you can cancel right? that's what i do. it's cheaper that way, at least for me.
if you can read (which im starting to doubt you can) you pay a subscription, download the game and then cancel the subscription. and most game devs (including this one) dont update every month. if they do, it's mostly bug fixes that aren't vital to the game so no need to resubscribe. i'm sorry you're uneducated and have to work a job that can't even pay for a five dollar game. maybe put ur energy into working hard so that 5 dollars isn't "leaking money" for ur wallet.
