Is there a way to convert [B] to [M] without repurchase? I came across this game on DLSite first and was not aware there is a difference in censorship. I mistakenly assumed it would be like other games where you just go to the main website and download a patch or something.

Sadly that is an issue i would want to address and fix somehow but i'm not allowed. Anything about the uncensor patch, version and such would result in the dlsite version being banned (they got very strict with the screening).
It might be better to find or maybe ask on modding sites for a uncensor patch, since it's basically a few textures to swap (i'm just not allowed to do this T^T)
