Ah, yeah, that's a pain...
As much as I hate to advise it, I would probably just disable the antivirus, download and unpack the game, then enable it again?
With enough attempts, my computer allowed the game to install. I have no idea why as I didn't touched the antivirus at all. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
