Amazing game ! , I think is a 5/5 in terms of gameplay and the theme , i think it fits perfectly and the gameplay is nice polished and stresses me out ( just the way i like it hehe ) , I also like the tutorial book  , i feel like many devs fall into the trap of explaining to much and boring out players , anyway you are my unreal engine friend , I have no feedback in terms of gameplay but i have in terms of art since im an artist :

1 - It's amazing that you did this solo , I understand the feeling of wanting everything under your control , however i feel like your game would have greatly benefited with a dedicated 3D + UI artist. it just looks very cheap and generic ( i know its a game jam but still )

2-Unreal seems like it's a bit of an over kill for such game , if there was an artist here he would have a blast with it since it's just a single static place ( i was foaming at the mouth when i saw this )

Anyway amazing game overall , one of my favorites of the jam so far , I managed to make it to round 10 and 42 stolen biscuits but my cowardness got to me and im not a pro gamer hehe . Cheers Madia !

First of all thankyou so much for playing the game!
I will answer to your feedback (spoiler: I agree with everything)

1 - There are two reasons why I choose the solo approach.
The first one is that I'm working on other projects at the same time so  my schedule is unpredictable, this means that I couldn't guarantee that I would complete the required tasks on time.
The second one is that is my first game jam, so I was looking for a challenge while trying to understand how these events work (also building a "portfolio" in order to find a team next time)

2 - Unreal is the only engine that I know. I'm pretty good with it and I can basically do everything in terms of gameplay but... I'm definetely not an artist. I have good eye for beautiful stuff but I have not the skills to make that on my own.
Everything from the start was designed to work even with "bad" mesh and "wrong" colors (I know the UI isn't good but I didn't have time to study a color palette)

Basically I am a Game Designer and a Blueprint UE Programmer so not the most appealing teammate for a game jam...
The next time I will definitely look for someone else to collaborate with. Perhaps with you! (if you want)

No problem ! , it's very refreshing having a nice conversation with a dev that actually play games and not just rate and comment lol , and yeah maybe we can cook up something together , i'd love to , my discord is jakartacardiana !
