Hi there! I was just reading up on the various factions in New City and comparing the loot cards to the write-ups to get a sense for the faction flavour. I noticed there's nothing in the factions section for Vanguard. I've got a pretty good idea how I would introduce that faction to my players, but I was just wondering if there was anything official written down for them.
