There are only a few specific areas where you can take photos: park restrooms, city center streets, nightclubs, shopping malls, hospitals, and probably other places, but I haven't found them yet.
how do u unlock the park restroom? I made River and Phoenix meet each other and i agreed to be part of threesome and i think river suggested a quiet place
play DnD with the mini's seller girl a few times. If you need help with that, buy some upgrades and befriend Haniya and her husband. They're really good characters. Healer DPS and DPS rolls are wild.
