are you able to press down+a? that should be the same as down+z.
I can only tap on my screen, it continue convos and if i use two fingers to tap the screen it pauses the game. I dont think there is an option to make a ingame control hub to show up with those buttons commands? There have been like two npcs with hearts icon i could engage with but they didnt prompt the down+z icon after I chatted they asked if I wanted to have fun then I had the option to just do it or for some money. Sorry for the long reply lol I may just have to play this on my laptop.
