Oh yesssss the particles! I knew I'd missed something :( And yeah, you are right, that was a single raycast, should have gone for something like a spherecast or whatever. For the velocity, I guess it's the physics engine not 100% sure what to do when the collider changes, but it may also be we just did something stupid. Need investigation XD
