i use pc and tried everything, but still can't
i can open the file, but can't launch the game
i click on the title and it starts running, but when it reaches 100% nothing happens

As avoidancepolicy have said, please make sure to extract the files first. I believe on Windows these days they would let you access the compressed archive as if you’re accessing a folder, but you cannot run the game that way.
Please download the game through itch.io client. You can download the client from here: https://itch.io/app then download the game and launch it through the app.
