Bug?FPS of PC_lw(AMD 7840U) lower than Android_lw(Snapdragon 8gen3)

While this might be apple and orange comparison, there are some things to consider:

1. On PC it's usually GPU bottle necked, depending on your resolution and GPU capability, the FPS can vary a lot.

2. Android version by default doesn't render at full resolution, so might be a bit cheating comparing to PC. 

Also Android hardware is improving rapidly in recent years, it doesn't surprise me if higher end Android can beat lower end PC.
