It looks like there is a queue that any major update requires a review before its listed as a major update. It could take hours to a month and is inconsistent between users. My guess is that the more money you've raked in for them, the faster they process your place in line.
and that's wrong tbh, major update can be published at least 1 time per month not faster. :D And not matter how much money you earn from the game, or how much they earn xD
