and then I did the part with Mysterious man but after he grabbed MC the "An exception has occurred" error pops up, after clicking "Ignore" it just yeets me to the Main Title. Without checking it as Ending
Can somebody tell me what happens after The "angel" grabs MC when the player tries to enter their own body in the hospital? :((

and what about endings in general, how to achieve other??

To answer your question about the endings: you were on your way to one of the other 2! To get ending 3, make choices that indicate interest in who the mysterious man is as a person. For ending 2, indicate you have no interest in him and just want to get out of here.
