I see a bunch of stuff about AI.

Tbh I don't really care, as long as it's placeholder to show the vision. I understand the use, pushing out an update every month puts a lot of work on the shoulders of a guy doing everything himself, and having to spend time drawing and animating everything just adds more to that.

However, I do hope you @Quiquersson go over it in the future and remove the AI stuff with selfmade art and animation (or hire somebody to do that), because it would be a real shame if everything devolved into AI.

I completely agree and I don't even know why someone downvoted you, what you said is so accurate and it is a shame, I mean look at the kind of art he's made in the past, this literally blows my top every time and its from his own hand! As an artist this confounds me.

I guess I was downvoted because I dared to defend to use of AI.

I want to make it clear, I do not like AI, I despise everything AI, but I know that AI will never go away.
It's here now and we're stuck with it.

The best thing we can do is regulate it, to make sure not everything turns into AI slop.
I think AI can be used in art, but as a tool, not as a source. To use AI to make the process a bit easier instead of letting AI do all the work.
Think of it as the shape tools, you're not going to get mad at somebody for using the line tool to make a straight line, or the circle tool to make a circle/oval, and if you do get mad you have a problem.

I think that AI should be in that same boat, to help make things a little bit easier, you can decide to only use AI, but just like if you decide to only use the shape tools to create an art piece it's going to look like shit unless you really know what you're doing.
