I'm pretty new into Eternum too, finished it 2 days ago but the logical option is simply to copy the game save and then replace it with the new version.

Renpy does that for you, don't worry. You just launch the game on the same computer where you played .8 and point 9 will see the saves
So I just need to download the V0.9 and open the game normally, right? thanks!
When downloading 0.9 it will be the same. Renpy saves it to a file on AppData so when loading 0.9 it will have your saves unless you use a new device.
