After watching the newest update, it's time for THEORIES!!
1. Ego and Caelus feel like potential brothers because in this game there many other characters who are have siblings who ended up failing apart because one of them died.
Ex -
Ellora and Ellian
Phantom and Reaper
Alejandro and Mikhail
I also say this because both Ego and Caelus have similar facial features (like moles, etc..) and both own themselves their own key.
Of course, it kind of feels like a stretch since it can easily be debunked by Ego actually being some kind of virus Caelus cannot get rid of (which has already been said, but who knows if Caelus and Ego's relationship is just that)
Caelus and Ego are probably as old as each other since they've been going at their battle for a long while.
I think one will still end up dying by the end of the game at least since of Caelus's little plan.
2. Future memory shards
The next shards would be the Prince, Moon, and Ellora.
I'm assuming they all three will be involved in the next update because there were at least 2 fragments intertwined with each other.
Ex -
Jester and Maiden
Sun and Phantom(even if like Phantom appeared for one scene LMAO??)
I'm guessing that Ellora was trying to kill the Prince because in Mysteries Of The House: Phantom and the Sun, if you choose No one to count on ending, Mystery mentions something about assassins. But Ellian admits that Ellora was the only one who did the killings and not Ellian.
Additionally, in the newest update, we learn the Moon was close to the Prince, ending up in the destruction of his kingdom. If that's the case, it's safe to assume Moon and Prince will 100% be together in the fragment looking session.
Ellian's also potentially could be a solo fragment because.. you know, he's the "main character"
