Ours was mostly successful - apart from that one time where we collided in Git with both people editing the same file that was not able to be merged, lost a bit of work due to rushing.   Next time we'll split the project up even more to make that less likely.
That and the braindead decision to try and make the UI work with just three keys (left, right, jump) when everyone has a perfectly good mouse they could use to click on things.  It made sense at the time, but not afterwards!  Was treating it like an arcade game with a stick and button rather than a web game
