I have opened a ticket #303872 about 13 days ago.
I had initiated another payout (through Payoneer) last month. It usually takes 13-14 days for my request to be reviewed and cleared but this time it has been more than 30 days and the request is still under review..
I would be very grateful if you can solve the issue as soon as possible. (Thanks for your time)
