Hate to tell you this, but there is a map. The first paper shows the controls and says "E to pause/view map." But I think is is valuable feedback regardless. It tells me that it's not clear to everyone, and maybe there should be some kind of indicator to tell you that there is a map. Thank you very much for playing!
