Are you using the Tip Anywhere mod? That mod may cause that issue. There are most definitely tip collisions.

I've removed the mod... my grain is still spilling out through the walls...
I'm not 100% sure what to tell you. There is an update coming to this mod in the next couple of days and I have made more adjustments to the tip collisions.
