the event happens at evening. the glitch still happens sometimes. if you have a previous save file, i suggest to visit the office in morning. i had fixed it before but seems like the problem still persists.
no, it's nothing to do with love. the event is supposed to be there. there must be an error in free version. i suggest you to download the patreon version which is free on f95zone currently. i have fixed the issue there.
