A very interesting game! I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the gameplay is really cool ^^. It took me a while to understand everything and I had to go back to the description several times (an in-gametutorial would have been neat^^), but it's a very polished game ^^. The drawings of the cards is awesome!
The decks being RNG limits the control the players has over the cards ^^'. Merges are a great idea, but they are really rare in practice ^^'. The chances of having 2 same dogs in a randomized deck seems rare, and since I cannot see my deck, I don't even know if I have another same dog in it to merge my dog with, which makes "merge dogs" quite useless.
I feel like this game needs just a little bit of polishing game-design wise, but I still spent quite a nice time trying to understand everything, and it was really enjoyable, congratulations ^^!
