The level design is the strength of the game with a good variation! Very cool that you have a death counter instead of reseting the whole game every time we lose. 

Quick Suggestions:

  • Reduce the confetti on the ground to make the player stand out more in the first levels
  • Maybe the collision detection is a bit too tough and could be reduced a bit (the radius around the player)
  • Add just a second frame to the player with hands and legs nearer the body and swap them every couple frames when moving
