Zoe`s storyline progressed for me when I donated 200$ and had phone sex with Ruby Lust or (Nadeko), the other streamer girl that you can find on monday nights on the pc - after that go to her room at evening and it should work
Edit : Unfortunately there isnt much to see with Zoe's current storyline (V0.1.2.1) but hopefully in future updates :3
