I found this one a little confusing, sometimes I could drag the bag to the patient and sometimes I couldn't

very funny game! I like the polished simple version with nice audio details and nice graphics.
funfact: when you upgrade "Speed Up Shipment" it will use the time_left instead of the wait_time for the calculation of the new wait_time. so if you reach 0 seconds, it will stick to 0 seconds and refill infinite times :D
