Aggravating only starts to describe this game "Fun" in a frustrating sense, between music designed to drive home the time running out faster than you can collect resources , the need to balance said resources, and watching your money slip through your fingers when you don't dodge the others driving around it can be infuriating if you forget to get all you need or submit on time.
