I really like the game concept. It is interesting to see all the synergies between items. Though some type of tutorial is a must have, especially for this amount of complexity. Also could use quite a lot of bug fixing, I couldn't finnish more than 3 rounds without getting soft-locked in an infinite loop or instakilled by a broken enemy (some items didn't despawn, mine were once running in the shop). Other than that, this game aims high above a GameJam game, with some improvements, it could be a full standalone game.
