I think that while the idea is good to have buffs and debuffs affect the player during each run, I don't think it's good that it's based purely on luck that you would be able to complete your run or not. I think that for this kind of game, you would need to make the game completable no matter what buff or debuff you get but make it harder or easier to complete depending on what power the player gets. With that kind of balance, the game would be much more satisfying to play. Nonetheless, congrats on your game!
