The same things happened to me plus something extra, the gallery is messed up, it unlocked things I haven't seen yet but it didn't unlock things I have seen, to make it clear I defeated both the bikers and the clowns and I have their parts visible in the gallery but with the cartel boss this didn't happen, the whole cartel part is blocked even though I played it
