A future update idea, break up some of the fringe land into smaller bits of land lots for sale. 5+mil for the areas that could be utilized for more farms or field expansions or production placement areas  just seem stiff investment.  For barren land in what looks like a nice spots, are prime real-estate for build farms from scratch players, specially those with lots of mod buildings they wanna use. Unless there is plans to place more things on the map there in those open grass areas. Also could use some deco tractors and implements at the case dealership. Speaking dealership resetting equipment doesn't go to dealer but that large cow industrial farm, where the TMR Facility is located. Though i do like the map the roads are the best i seen of any map. I like I can drive my combine down it without bouncing of incoming traffic or the signs and electric poles along the edge of the road. Also in the future may want to put a false background of a forest or extra fields cant get to on the edges it drops out to open sky when going near the edge is disorienting a bit. And finally my final critique if have case dealership should swap starting farm equipment to case instead of John Deere even if in new farmer the starting equipment doesn't match local dealer and to some that part of the rp is important as many farmers probably use what is at the local dealers even if on loan over unless, there is plans to have 2 dealers on map at opposite corners. one JD and the Case can make for a great Multiplayer experience with the traditional JD and Case Rivalry. With that said Keep up the good work.  Also one last thing just came to mind maybe add a river or big pond somewhere that can use the upcoming Highlands Fishing Expansion. some big enough water area for boating and fish farming would be cool to make the map even more better. though last is still off till Nov.
