The Autosave uses up slot 4. The Binoculars unlocks the lifeguard beach. It features new characters and will have more in future releases.
Okay, but when will their locks be free?
Some of them will be free but the Lifeguard Feature won't be out until the feature has been completed. Currently, that area is a testing ground for animated scenes, no story sequences yet and proper mechanics.
