Thats a damn shame, that's why the president executive bill that prevents credit card companies from pulling this stunt off needs to be passed into law.
This must not be tied to any single country. If American companies set the standard for global payment transactions through a unified system, anyone who stands in the way of opening this “market” is an adversary that must be decisively confronted.
