Just pushed a hotfix that dealt with some issues with the attempted reset not working. At the same time also added a force delete option if that doesn't work.
Deleting save on the online version is a bit of a pain.
For the attempted version change, it "should" revert any major changes, and then once you load your save, go back to the classroom in the orphanage and it'll allow you to get back to mostly where you were before.
