I'm having this issue where the quest is to go to the library in the city for the quest "who invented this language" for Fahno, but i keep clicking on it and nothing happens. Also where is the whistle??? Lol
Hey, the whistle you can get it by fighting a ravager in the forest, for who invented this language, did you visited Rua paloma ? It's a bit random, but you discover the library that way and then this quest can progres.
This is all i keep getting when i go to the library. I also keep exploring Rua Paloma with the little feet mark, but nothing seems to happen to talk to Fahno. Is it a certain time i need to visit/do this? I had did the quest and it looks like it repeated itself for the library.
